Working in close partnership with the developers and both commercial and residential agents, we identified our key investor and owner-occupier markets. Our initial focus was on the investment market. By creating a strong brand identity for this landmark scheme, supported with hero CGIs, we were able to go to market at the earliest possible opportunity. This was complimented by a full marketing package, including the creation of a high-end sales brochure and website, highlighting the unique location and lifestyle that this scheme offered.

The photography, CGIs and copy worked together to build a strong and aspirational brand identity, appealing to all target audiences.

“The standard and quality of this scheme was reflected and enhanced by every aspect of Oakfield’s branding, CGI and marketing creation, resulting in the successful phase one release of 66 apartments selling off-plan within six weeks of launch”

An exclusive development of six stylish waterside homes, all sold prior to build completion.

We worked in partnership with the developer and architects to identify three key target audiences of second homeowners, empty nesters and downsizers. We created a cultured brand and stylish contemporary brochure, which showcased the architectural design, high-end interiors and uniqueness of the properties in this sought-after location.

The CGIs performed a crucial role in the sales journey, portraying the spacious open plan living and aspirational lifestyle. We encouraged the viewer to visualise themselves within the development, overlooking the water, enjoying the very best that Salcombe has to offer.

“Oakfield’s comprehensive and informative lifestyle brochure assisted us enormously in the marketing and selling off-plan of six stylish town houses in the heart of Salcombe. Thanks to Oakfield’s clever and innovative design work, purchasers were able to visualise exactly what they were buying and all units exchanged contracts well before completion”

Transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Commissioned by Martin Denley, chief architect on the project, we worked closely with the architects throughout each design stage. CGIs were produced to support the proposal to transform this seven-storey 1980s office building in central Bristol. JLL secured the space as their regional headquarters on a long term lease, and were heavily involved in the design process.

Our intrinsic knowledge of the space, gained during the design phase and demonstrated by the CGIs produced, led us to be commissioned for a photoshoot to showcase the quality of the concept, construction and design features. We applied our architectural photography expertise in how to showcase life in a building, coupled with an understanding of its architecture, to produce a compelling suite of images presented in the form of a contemporary look-book.

The result is a powerful portrayal of a living, breathing, high performing workspace, used in the submission for a RIBA award.

This office to residential development scheme in Birmingham’s commercial quarter was mainly permitted development, with planning for two new floors.

We were conscious of wanting to present the scheme in the best possible light to the local planning team. Our aim was to address any concerns or questions at the earliest opportunity, to secure approval.  During the planning process our expertise in this area meant we knew exactly how best to present the scheme in the best possible light. By producing marketing quality CGIs we were able to highlight the different focal points of the development, showcasing the quality of the scheme within the context of its setting.

By bringing the scheme to life and showcasing the context of the development, any concerns and questions that the planning team had were addressed. The planning application was successful.

“Oakfield came into their element during the planning process. They knew exactly how to position the scheme in the best possible light to secure planning approval.”

Having worked on the initial residential phase of the Graylands Estate, we were commissioned to support the development of Graylands Estate into a commercial property venture.

The collection of workshops and offices, in a parkland setting, were targeted to appeal to small and medium sized companies. Working with Verve Properties over a number of years, we have an inherent understanding of their philosophy on creating quirky, characterful and unique spaces.

Acting as architectural design partners, we work closely with product and interior designer, Paul Bradburn. Across the early design phase and into marketing, CGIs were produced to support the entire process. All parties were able to review how the design would look in reality, making any necessary changes before committing to decisions.

A prime mixed-use riverside development, comprising a gym, restaurants, retail units and 44 apartments. The jewel in the crown of Taunton’s regeneration plans. Creating a cultural quarter at the heart of Taunton’s town centre, alongside the County Cricket Ground and Brewhouse Theatre.

This was a two-phase development, with the first phase focusing on the commercial sales. Working in close partnership with Taunton Deane Borough Council and Mace Construction, we created the brand strategy and logo identity. The visual identity focused on the riverside location and lifestyle.

CGIs were commissioned at the initial design stage to capture the vision for this landmark development. It was critical to demonstrate the vibrancy of this quarter, which will form a link between the town centre to the south and Firepool retail park and train station to the north. The developers were keen to show that this would be a destination, not just a thoroughfare. The visualisations were also used to support the planning application, showcasing how the scheme would appear in context.

A powerful commercial brochure was produced to support the commercial agents. The architect’s vision was supplemented with the key facts on the development; encompassing the demographic, incumbent tenants in the town, location and opportunity. The outcome was a commercial brochure that not only supported the commercial sales process, but also reinforced the council’s regeneration strategy.
