We’ve recently completed the creation of a full branding, CGI, film, website and interior design package for the stylish Somerview close-to-care living development in the beautiful town of Somerton in rural Somerset.
With key differentiators of interior spaces reflecting the ambience of a shabby-chic boutique hotel, and a backdrop of stunning rolling countryside, this scheme demanded something very different in the marketplace.
We set about creating an interior design concept based on an eclectic mix of furnishing and items that appeals to a very young-minded yet sophisticated, older target market age group, who wanted a statement home – something out of the ordinary.
In addition to the unique interiors and style, we wanted to showcase the enviable Somerton lifestyle to our target buyers, so took the time to bring local businesses and existing town residents into the story with a series of interviews and photo shoots as part of the content marketing mix.
With the site branding and development microsite driving enquiries and a high-end sales brochure supporting the sales journey, at the time of writing this stand-out scheme is now 50% reserved before build has actually begun on site.
